WHISTLER REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE – 1ST QUARTER of 2019.
We are now experiencing a Buyers Market in the Sea-to-Sky. The stats below reflect the Whistler market specifically. Overall Dollar Sales Volume is down -22.6% in the 1st quarter of 2019. Listing inventory is way up +57.8% and Median Sale Price is down -16.5%. This includes all sales on the Multiple Listing System up to April 9, 2019.
