Well, it has been a crazy start to 2017 for Whistler & Pemberton real estate so far! We have seen unprecedented prices all across the board in all aspects of Real Estate in Whistler & Pemberton, B.C. The recent acquisition of Whistler Blackcomb from Vail Resorts has definitely applied upward pressure on the real estate market in the Sea-to-Sky corridor. Listing inventory is currently at an all time low in Whistler & Pemberton. This mixed with high rental returns, excellent snow and the low Canadian dollar is the perfect storm for a sellers market in the corridor.
