People ask me all the time; is it the right time to buy property or are prices going to get any lower? We’ll I don’t have a crystal ball, but I do have market statistics and and a close eye on the market! I can tell you based on what is happening in the market right now; less inventory, good listings selling quickly and more buyers that we have seen the low point of the un-restricted buyers market in Whistler. Prices in 2012 were as low as they’ve been in 10 years and are on there way back up in 2013! NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY IN WHISTLER!

Overall median sale price is up 4% while sales volume is on par for this time last year.
