Greetings from the the very snowy and bone chilling Sea-to-Sky! ( -20 at the Rendevous today ).

I hope this message finds you well and you enjoyed your holidays relaxing with family and friends.

For me and my family, 2019 was an incredible year in business and life. As most of you know my beautiful wife ( Danielle ) and I welcomed our daughter Ava to the world March 2019! It has been a wild and beautiful ride ever since!

Despite the ‘experts’ forecasting for the bubble to burst in 2019, the real estate market persevered and I feel the worst has come and gone.

I have sold 100% of my listings in 2019 and earned a spot on the Medallion Club for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver for the 6th year!
