Greetings from the Sea-to-Sky! I hope this message find you well. Here are the highlights of what's been happening in the Sea-to-Sky in AUGUST 2022:
- The median sale price for all properties in Whistler in August 2022 was $1,497,500 vs $1,281,550 in 2021.
- Median days to sell in July 2022 was 34 days vs median days to sell in August 2022 was 58 days. During February 2022 the median days to sell was only 10 days!
- Months of inventory is trending down from 10 months in July to 7 months of active inventory in August.
- There has been 349 sales in Whistler year to date vs 816 sales in 2021. The lowest sales volume in the last decade was 524 sales in 2012. We are on pace to break that record in 2022.
- There are currently 199 listings on the market. 19 of these listings were reduced in August 2022.
- For the first time since February 2022, we are starting to see less active listings' month over month. There were 199 listings in August 2022 vs 211 active listings in July 2022.
