Median Sales Volume and  Dollar Amount Sales Volume are at unprecedented highs! This paired with VERY LOW listing inventory, excellent rental revenues and very low occupancy rates throughout the valley has created the perfect storm. We have just had the busiest winter of all time, followed by the busiest summer ever and this is all before Vail takes over this winter! Don’t expect things to slow down as we go into winter 2017/2018.
